Siri overlay (AXApplication: "Notification Center") ignored by "Close All Notification Alerts / Notification Center"

Triggering the "Close All Notification Alerts/Notification Center" action does not close regular notifications, such as the Timer, or the Siri input overlay itself if it's active.
