Set mouse speed not work

I try to reinstall, but
I change slide bar low or high
my magic mouse 2 speed never change

I get the same behaviour. Moving "Set mouse speed" slider for Magic Mouse 2 never changes the value at the end of the slider.

Use this amazing solution:
Open Terminal and enter this:

defaults write -g com.apple.mouse.scaling -float 5.0

Then hit enter, close Terminal, restart the Mac.
Done.
