Send a sequence of keys and THEN a shortcut

I'd like to, for example, press "Command-P" and have BTT type the characters "Fred" in the current window and then send the keyboard shortcut "Command-Q"

Just for example.

I can send "Fred" or I can send Command-Q, I am not seeing how to do both.

Similarly., I would like to be able to trigger a shell script or AppleScript and then trigger a keyboard shortcut.

Possible?

using the "attach additional action" button you can attach more than one action / shortcut to a trigger. They will be executed in sequence
