Security related: Why does BTT listen on localhost port 63115?

I stumbled on some open ports on my localhost. Could somebody explain why BTT opens TCP port 63115 that listens to all adresses?

I might be mistaken, but I think it is for the BTT Remote iOS App. Check it out in the BTT Settings → BTT Remote and also → Webserver.
