Scroll Behaviour is kind of messed up in Skim.app together with Mos.app

Hi,

Today I encountered a strange scrolling behavior in Skim.pdf: When scrolling down it kind of jumps back a bit. I updated BTT and Mos.app to the latest versions: Releases · Caldis/Mos · GitHub

With no luck. Now, when scrolling down, the page goes up. When scrolling up, it also goes up, so it is no reverse issue. The issue is only with scrolling down.

When I disable BTT, it still shows this beahviour. However, it works fine when I restart Skim while BTT being quit.

Edit: I think this is an issue related to skim or something macOS related. It also occurs when BTT is completely shut down.
