screen scrolling

I would like to use the application to configure the magic mouse 3 to scroll the screen with 2 clicks, that's all, can someone help me with the configuration.

I'm not sure if this will be the same for magic mouse, but for normal mouse:

This is for scrolling down, for scrolling up - value for X should be positive number.

However this will select existing text (which is the default action for double click), so I'm not sure if this is the best approach.
