Repurchase Licence incorrect !

Today i got the Repurchase Licence Message while attempting to update, but mine is not a free Licence and it has enough time left before refresh

What should i do?

  • Type of Mac: iMac 2018
  • macOS version: latest MacOS
  • BetterTouchTool version:3.3.6.2

I just rechecked, i purchased my Licence i 03.2019, it says 2 years, so i have enough time left, reopening the old licence did not work

Can i get any help or at least a Reaction?

send an email with your license details to andreas@folivora.ai and I’ll have a look later today! Maybe you had some older license installed?

Sometimes restarting the Mac helps if some of the date or license validation services have crashed
