Repeat assigned action(s) does not seem to function

Describe the bug
I have a custom binding to set cmd+back space to function like option+backspace, but holding it down only does it once even with the repeat assigned actions(s) setting enabled and a short delay.

Device information:

  • Type of Mac: Macbook Pro 13" 2019
  • macOS version: 10.15.3
  • BetterTouchTool version: 3.346
