Relocate/rename application

Hello,
I am not sure because I didn't find any way to do it but, is there a way to relocate/rename the application with all the Touch Bar setting untouched ?

If not, is it maybe possible to implement it ? I installed macOS Catalina and it seems that some applications are not located anymore, or even iTunes which don't exist anymore.

Well I would have said that it shuffles everything when paste because I done that before but it seems that it was a bug. It worked haha
So... not sure if it can be close or not since it can still be a good thing to have ?
