Regular Keyboard shortcut sometimes not working

Got a regular but app specific (Chrome) keyboard shortcut to switch browser tabs which sometimes just stops working. If i restart BTT it works again.

Idk where to start troubleshooting. What I've tried is changing the keys but didn't work. Can't discern a pattern yet.

Check if the trigger is visible under the "Recently used" after you press these shortcuts.

Yes, when it works it appears there for as long as it works. Is there some kind of log that gives verbose info about what happens, when a keyboard shortcut is pressed? Perhaps we can see what differs from successfuly triggering vs not.

Could you post a screenshot of your keyboard settings?

Important points:

• Always use old keyboard shortcut implementation must be unchecked
• Automatically switch to old keyboard implementation if secure input is enabled must be active

If the issue happens you can go to Help => Export Diagnostic Debug Information, that will also contain some logs that might show what's going on. You can send them to me via andreas@folivora.ai

Note that I use Karabiner for a couple low-level modifier remappings:

I will send a log as soon as I notice that the keyboard shortcut in question stops working.
