Currently there is no auto-backup that doesn't use a cloud. I want to do it locally. I've come up a way to automate it using the normal way (exporting etc) but it takes too many actions and it uses UI automation, not background, and I have to manually trigger it because it interferes with UI like moving cursors and clicking.

Where do I find the local preset files that I can copy and paste to my external drives etc?

IIRC, it's not in Application Support.
