Please add trigger condition "titlebar" for middle mouse button

Hi BetterTouchTool Team.

Please add a trigger condition "titlebar" for middle mouse button. In the moment there are only the following:

"Trigger Anywhere"
"Trigger while mouse over Dock"
"Trigger while mouse over menubar"
"Trigger while mouse is NOT over Dock or menubar"
