# Performance issue

Hi!, today my macbook has started to go very bad, very lagged. It also warmed up more than normal and I saw that BTT was consuming a lot of energy. When I closed BetterTouchTool, it started to work well for me. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but it still works badly. Does anyone know what it is? I can't even use the keyboard because it is so lagged.

I also wanted to know if someone can tell me how to activate the option that made the tip-tap with the application switcher work better, because when reimporting my presets some things of the configuration have been lost and now I can't find it.

Edit: I'm on the version 3.186
