With the latest BTT version my Notch Bar icons are overlaid by the icons of the "normal" menu bar. I haven't figured out how to change this.
are you already on 3.896 alpha?

I have made massive changes to be able to support the upcoming macOS Ventura - it's quite possible something was missed.
It should auto convert the mode based visibility from older versions, but maybe I haven't caught all cases. You can now define when a button is visible for every element:
Yes, I have seen that. But that only affects the Notch Bar icon. How do I ban the icons under "other triggers" from being also visible in the Notch Bar? Or simpler: Icons Notch Bar only there. And Icons Menu Bar only there.
There should be a "System Status Items" widget added to your list of items for the Notch Bar.
Could you check what visibility setting is selected for that widget?

Ah, and scrolling in the notch bar is also no longer possible. Maybe this has the same reason.

Much better with 3.897!
But the icons of "other triggers" are still visible in the notch bar, although they should only be visible in "menubar mode". Do you see the two BTT icons? One notch bar, the other "menubar mode".
But, no big deal. Probably nobody uses them except me, I can just delete them.

Unfortunately not. The Notch Bar flickers when the app is changed. Sometimes it displays correctly, sometimes not. More or less 50:50. Ah, I just realize, the error occurs (mostly) when the BTT window is open.
And an additional problem has arisen. I show/hide the clipboards in the notch bar with command+option. Unfortunately, this also no longer works.
Ah the modifier issue should be resolved in 3.900 alpha, I haven't seen flickering yet - I'll try again with the debug dataset you sent a few days ago.
I'm afraid not, sorry. When pressing the modifier an empty notch bar appears 
Weird, maybe I forgot to replace the template files. I just reuploaded the same build as v3.901 but replaced the Notch Bar templates again.
I would test but there is no alpha v3.901...
