No touchbar at all in default state, show Control Strip with Fn

I want to disable touchbar in default state and show Control Strip with Fn.

I can do the first part using BetterTouchTool simply add one touch bar button without action and disable Control Strip. But in such case I have no ability to turn on Control Strip using Fn button.

Or I can add touch bar button without action, enable Control Strip, but in such case Esc button will be shown always, despite the fact that it is disabled in Settings.

Can you add option not to show Esc button at all?
