New trigger - On power source connected / disconnected

Usefull for this feature request for eg.

Automatically disable BTT when on battery, enable when on charger

I'm using BTT combined with Golden Chaos. This is a VERY power-hungry combination... When enabled it's draining the battery in no time. I'd like to have the option to enable a setting that disables BTT (or just the GC part of it) when not connected to a charger (only the battery) and when I plug the charger back in, it enables itself again.
