# New Action Show Notification Not Working

Has anyone else tried the new Notification action.

It does not seem to be working.

Nothing happens when I trigger it through the keyboard.

did you make sure you don’t have „do not disturb“ on? Does BTT have permission to send notifications? (System Settings -\> Notifications)

Yes, that worked.

Should have realized myself.
