Looks like it has no items, but Fn+Ctrl+Arrows does work anyway
ah ok, then they will probably need to fix it in the app ;-( Looks like an issue with non-native apps that don’t add the default items correctly. Unfortunately without them the functions can not be triggered externally while the shortcuts might still work.
