In addition to pressing a modifier key, a mouse click could be required to drag/resize a window. This mouse click would be an additional option next to the current ones for modifier keys in the "Moving & Resizing" section.
This behaviour is super common on the Linux world, so it would be nice to provide the same experience on Mac for users who switch between the two.
