Move window through monitors while keeping its position and size relative to the screen size

Is it possible to move a window through monitors keeping its position and size relative to the screen size?

For example, if I have a window in the left third of a monitor and move it to another one, I'd like it to be positioned in the left third of the destination monitor even if they have different screen sizes.

I don't think that's possible at the moment. I'll think about how it could be added to the custom resize/move action in the future.
