Move Pointer to Screen Corner / Perform Action

Hi,

I know i have seen it somewhere in the Community but cant find it or work it out in the app.
Essentially i am wanting to move the mouse pointer in to a corner to perform an action like open a specific app or do something (Like Hot Corners).

Is this possible and how do i trigger this in the app?

I did find something and made the following conditions to trigger an app opening though it was unsuccessful even though the conditions turn green when the mouse is in those co-ordinates.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
