I have a Logitech G400 and it's not working with BTT. I have mouse buttons setup with actions assigned and yet nothing happens. Even if I change the mouse speed in BTT nothing happens. I have the latest BTT and latest MacOS on a MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018).
After looking into this more, I think my issue is because my trail ended. I thought my trial was still good as the app let me set everything up, but appears that it's not. It'd be nice if the app just quit if the trail was expired. Allowing me to customize things only makes me think it's still working.
