Most of the actions don't work

I've tried to setup my magic mouse and my trackpad but most of the triggers or actions are ineffective. For example as you can see on the screenshot I would like to register only one action first.

If I select 2 finger tap -> middle click then it works.
If I select 2 finger click -> right click then it also works.
If I select 2 finger click -> middle click then just a simple left click happens.

And I face similar issues whatever I want to achieve. I'm unable to build a proper setup because more than half of the combinations are broken.

Seems to work as expected here.

For the two finger click, make sure to lift your fingers before re-triggering (when using default settings)

It doesn't make any difference. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Earlier trackpad 3 finger click -> middle click worked now it doesn't. Isn't there some tool that can list the fired events? Everything seems completely random. I don't even able to give you a proper description.

You can use the live view to see whether a gesture has been triggered or not:
