# Modifier Keys on Stream Deck (Shift, Option, Command, Control)

Please create simple modifier keys for the Stream Deck with one click.

Current issues:

- Requires a complex macro to simulate modifier keys on the Stream Deck.
- Works partially: only one Modifier+Action (mouse or button) at a time. Need combinations like Shift+Option+...
- Command key doesn't work. Bug described here: [Stream Deck ⌘Command modifier key not working.](https://community.folivora.ai/t/stream-deck-command-modifier-key-not-working/37152)

Current solutions:

- SuperMacro Stream Deck plugin (Windows only)
- BetterTouchTool (the only option for Mac, but without an update it works partially).
- Keyboard Maestro doesn't work, and Karabiner can't be attached to Stream Deck.
