"Modifier Keys" + "Keyboard Keys" action sequence not working

I'm trying to trigger a CMD+Page Up action using a combination of "Modifier Keys" actions and "Keyboard Keys" actions, since I don't have a Home button on my keyboard. Therefore, I created this sequence :

However, the Page Up key isn't triggering, and the CMD key up isn't triggering either, so I get a stuck key. I tried adding delay actions in between, but it didn't do anything...

Device information:

  • Type of Mac: Macbook Pro 2014
  • macOS version: 11.6.7
  • BetterTouchTool version: 3.834
