Describe the bug
I can map the Caps Lock key as a Key Sequence to trigger any other action in Global/App Settings. However, in a Conditional Activation Group I dont seem to be able to map/capture a "bare" modifier key as a Key Sequence unless it is also accompanied by a normal key press (e.g. "Cmd E")

- Type of Mac: MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015
- macOS version: 10.13.6
- BetterTouchTool version: 2.636
