Maximize Window to Next Monitor not working (solved)

Describe the bug
No matter what shortcut I set, the Maximize Window to Next Monitor does not work.

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):
Keyboard

Device information:

  • MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018)
  • macOS version: 10.14
  • BetterTouchTool version: 2.426

Note: Before bug reporting, please make sure you have the latest version of BetterTouchTool and that you have already tried to restart your system :-). If you encounter a crash, please attach a crash log from the macOS Console.app from the "User Diagnostic Reports" section.

I think this was a bug in the old version when either "Focused Window" or "Window under cursor" was selected here (I don't remember which one):

I see it was because I had "Use the monitor the mouse is on for all window actions (instead of the monitor the window is on)" Turning that off solved the problem!
