- set keyboard binding cmd-4 to maximize window left
- Start new Terminal App
- cmd-4 , all good
- in Terminal create new tab, cmd-T, still looks good
- select first tab in Terminal, vertical height of Terminal now reduces and is no longer flush with top of dock
