I wonder if it is possible to use trackpad in such a way what the mouse cursor jumps to the respective screen location depending where I put my find on the trackpad ?
Some discussions here but I am wondering if we can make BTT do the same.

While I'm sure it would be possible to program this, I don't think you'd find it very usable. It would be very difficult to, for instance, move the mouse pointer to the close button on a window. That's because a trackpad is so much smaller than a monitor.
BTT can not disable the standard mouse movement of the trackpad, so this is not possible. (but I agree with @DanW that it would be very hard to use :-))
