MacOS - Context Menu > Sub Menu Items not loading

Hello all,

I am using the 'show menu bar in context menu' feature on the IntelliJ app in MacOS and I noticed that only the parent menu item is shown and it does not load / display any child elements. Is there a quick solution to this? I was looking through the previous posts but could not find a solution for my use case.

Example - File > New > Not Loading sub/child element(s)

unfortunately IntelliJ‘s cross platform/ java base make it behave different from other apps, I believe it only generates the submenus when a real click on the menu happens.

I don’t think this can be fixed ;-(
