Lost Custom SnapAreas

I've lost my most recent custom SnapAreas. Help! Here's the situation as much as I can recall. It happens (twice already) when I took my laptop away from my station with a larger, primary monitor connected via a CalDigit TS3 Plus Dock. When I plugged it back in, my custom SnapAreas are gone. The 2nd time I did this, I even took care of quitting BetterSnapTool to make sure it wasn't affected. Still no luck. The several custom SnapAreas are now gone. Reboot... still gone.

My setup:

  • MacBook Pro 13-inch 2018
  • MacOS Catalina 10.15.7

I do have the same problem, but don't expect someone here to answer. Service is not very intensive here.
