I just tested the Logitech MX Vertical with the new version which supports Logitech mice nativly.

So far, the MX Vertical does not work with version 5.800.

What exactly did you try / at which step did it fail?

The MX Vertical is not recognisedat all.

I tried with the MX Vertical of a colleague, but it seems to work fine here. It might be a permission issue. You can try to quit BTT and reset the permissions via this terminal command:

sudo tccutil reset All com.hegenberg.BetterTouchTool

In general Bluetooth permissions and Accessibility permissions should be enabled for BTT in System Settings => Security & Privacy

Ah and one question: is your mouse connected via Bluetooth or via Logitech Receiver?

Hi Andreas,

Tried the reset and set all permissions new, however without luck. BTT finds no Vertical MX.
