# Logitech MX Creative Console Support?

@leorossi you are right. I added an option to hide them in 6.836:

When I go to the set Up a Macro Pad \> Choose Device Template \> Macropad: Logitech Creative Console \> Use Template ... nothing happens.  
Choosing a different template such as the AJAZ loads in the template.

Am i doing something wrong?

mhh it seems to work fine here, which version are you on?

The Logitech Creative Console template should also import a new preset:

Thanks for getting back so quick Andreas.  
I have selected the Preset template:

but when I select the choose device template:

can you try to delete the preset and add it again? maybe something went wrong during import 🤔

Success! I deleted the preset, shut down and restarted BTT and now the template loads.
