Limiting trackpad gesture to one trackpad

Is there a way to limit trackpad gestures to just one trackpad? I have gestures that would great on my external trackpad, but not well on my MacBook Pro’s trackpad.

Better…I have a trackpad internally on my MacBook and an external Apple Magic Trackpad. When I click the trackpad option in BTT I see only “Trackpad”. I.E., it does not recognize two trackpads, only one. Any ideas on how to see both in BTT?

You can configure for every gesture individually whether it will work only on the internal trackpad or also on external ones:
