Licensing Issues and Refund

In the last public release of BTT, the app kept thinking my previous lifetime license purchased under williamli (at) bbi.io has expired and asked me to purchase a new one. I forgot my license was lifetime and purchased another license under a different email william (at) bbi.studio.

After updating to the latest public release and looking through my previous purchase receipt, I realised that my previous license is a lifetime license and it is working fine now under the latest public release.

Is it possible for me to get a refund for william (at) bbi.studio? I sent in the same request over email a few days ago but didn't get any response.

I'm a bit slow with emails right now, but you'll definitely get a refund! I will go through my email backlog today :slight_smile:
