Licensing Issues and Refund

In the last public release of BTT, the app kept thinking my previous lifetime license purchased under williamli (at) has expired and asked me to purchase a new one. I forgot my license was lifetime and purchased another license under a different email william (at)

After updating to the latest public release and looking through my previous purchase receipt, I realised that my previous license is a lifetime license and it is working fine now under the latest public release.

Is it possible for me to get a refund for william (at) I sent in the same request over email a few days ago but didn't get any response.

I'm a bit slow with emails right now, but you'll definitely get a refund! I will go through my email backlog today :slight_smile:
