License question

Hi,

Apologies for raising this here in the forum but I purchased a new 2-year license for BTT last week but never got an email with the license information. Ive reached out as instructions suggested to andreas@folivora.ai and have followed-up a few times but haven't heard.

Is there anyone else who can help or who maybe knows if there is another avenue to check in on this?
