Leftclick laggy ingame (Minecraft)

Hi,

I configured BTT only for my Keyboard shortcuts. But in Minecraft i have the Problem, when i rightclick i have some "lag". It's only with the Left click. I didn't configure any settings beside the Keyboard. I screenrecorded it, but i don't know if u can see it clearly.

I have a Logitech G502X connected via Bluetooth (Dongle).
