[Launcher] Script triggers take 5s+ to load in the launcher when searching

Describe the bug
I have a group of script triggers that open various applications. I have added them to my launcher and assigned keywords to each trigger. When I search using the keyword it takes 5 seconds or more for the script trigger to load.

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.): N/A

I am note quite sure what could cause this, but I have a possible idea related to folders/groups. Could you check whether this is resolved in 6.778 ?
