im with the new mbp16 and I can't use better touch tool, is crashing continuously does someone has the same problem ?

Did you migrate your data from an old machine? (Apple's Migration Assistant often breaks things, in this case I'd try to reset BTT by deleting ~/Library/Application Support/BetterTouchTool and ~/Preferences/com.hegenberg.BetterTouchTool.plist (go to the ~/Library folder via Finder => Go To Folder, include the ~)
no I started with a new profile , but anyway I deleted what you told me, and I still have the problem
Could you attach a crashlog? (Console.app => User Reports or Console.app => Crash Reports).
Sometimes these instructions will help: https://folivora.ai/blog/post/13010, however that should not be necessary on a new installation. Maybe still try.
