is there any way by which I can toggle floating window, which shows only if I have my key pressed ....
the moment I release the key floating window disappears.

its easy to do in trackpad shortcutsas they have option to choose on trigger and touch release ...
but can it be done on keyboard shortcuts?

It's similar for keyboard shortcuts you just need to configure the same twice and select "Trigger On Key Up" for the second one:
