Keyboard Lag/Delay after upgrading to 3.600

Note: Before bug reporting, please make sure you have tried the latest (alpha) version of BetterTouchTool and that you have already tried to restart your system :-). If you encounter a crash, please attach a crash log from the macOS Console.app from the "User Diagnostic Reports" section.

Describe the bug
Since upgrading to 3.6000, the keyboard lags for several seconds. When I first start typing, I have to wait several seconds for the keypresses to register. Sometimes it "catches up" for a bit, but the lag overall is crazy and makes the computer unusable.

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):
Both internal and external keyboards are affected.

Additional information (e.g. StackTraces, related issues, screenshots, workarounds, etc.):

Is there anything consuming a lot of CPU when you check in Activity Monitor? I haven't encountered any lags myself. Have you tried restarting your machine?

There was nothing using a lot of CPU in Activity Monitor.

A reboot seems to have fixed the issue. I will report back if this occurs again.
