Hi, I've had BetterTouchTool for a while, used it a little back and I'm looking for a way to reacquaint myself with what I can do with it.
I am looking for guidance in how to reacquaint myself with its features through any videos that might be available. What would be the recommendations?
Then welcome back. BTT is very powerful and is getting more and more powerful. That is good. The other side of the coin is that powerful tools can't really be simple.
Look at the sections and the predefined actions. That's the base and it's quite a lot. And then of course there is this forum. Ah, and don't try to learn everything in one day.

Honestly, just start with any simple automation that you find useful. For example, I have a middle-click app icon on the dock to close the app.
Once you have that running, anytime you notice something that is repetitive, just create an automation for that. For example, logging into my work email because it signs itself out more than it should, so I set up a keyboard shortcut to use in my browser to autofill text and log me in.
Any forms that you fill frequently can be automated as well.
I've had this for a few months now and can say the more I have it the more use cases I find!
