I've just turned on MacOS' "natural scrolling". so do i need to swap my BTT tab-swipes to match?

I hope this makes sense. sorry if it's confusing.

Basically, i've avoided "natural scrolling" on Mac for many years by turning it off. But now i've turned it on. So i’m wondering if my BTT gestures for Safari tab switching now should also be reversed so that they match the same principle?
