Is there any way to get refund?

I purchased the bettertouchtool license a couple of days ago. However I found that the app slows down my system quite a bit.

So I followed this post': Is there any way to get refund?

sent the mail to andreas@folivora.ai asking for refund.

But after one week + multiple emails sent, I neither get the refund, nor the reply.

Therefore I am asking a refund here. Please reply my request, thank you.

I'm sure you will receive refund if you are eligible, but before that maybe you can open a new topic and describe your issue and maybe Andreas could help.

I generally don’t do refunds because there is a 45 day trial and every refund costs me real money (I still get to pay all payment related fees). This is also clear from the license terms.

I do refunds for purchases made inside the EU or if the issue is payment related. For other issues I‘ll provide support to get them resolved.
