I generally don’t do refunds because there is a 45 day trial and every refund costs me real money (I still get to pay all payment related fees). This is also clear from the license terms.
I do refunds for purchases made inside the EU or if the issue is payment related. For other issues I‘ll provide support to get them resolved.
