Is there a way to have maximize and move window situational on one keybind?

Currently i'm looking for a way to recreate the windows aero snap behavior for multiple monitors.

On windows, the window will move to left monitor and attach the window there to the right side, if you press the keybind for maximize to left while the window is already at the left side of the monitor.

With this, it feels like you can move a window grid by grid, independent of the monitor.

Is there a way to achieve this behavior or is a feature request for this?

I'd also love to have this. BetterTouchTool can do either action easily but doesn't seem to be able to do both.
