is it possible assign unique key commands to the keys on a bluetooth keypad?

As the subject posted says: “ is it possible assign unique key commands to a bluetooth keypad ” ?

Is each Bluetooth device unique with a separate ID? Or do they all receive the same data no matter? What I’m hoping to be able to do is create unique macro commands for each of the individual keys of said Bluetooth Keypad.
