Insert Text by Typing triggers itself

Describe the bug
I have created a key sequence B,K,Space, that triggers an Insert Text by Typing action. The text that is being inserted, is "Bart Kummel ", which happens to be my full name. Often, when I trigger the action by typing B,K,Space, it seems to trigger itself, and I end up with "Bart KummelBart Kummel" or something like that.

Affected input device:
All keyboards (MacBook internal as well as external keyboards)
