If Condition Trigger Not Working

Description

I have a Shortcut ⌃+Shift+M with the following condition.

This shortcut triggers two actions based on a If condition for an App.

App - Arc Browser

If - Active Website URL is mail.googl.com -> Keyboard Button 'E'
Else - Custom Click - Shift + Left Mouse Click

Unfortunately this shortcut is not working as expected. Please help me resolve it.

Can you show what the inspector shows when you are on gmail with Arc?
Works fine for me.

in order to be able to access the website url, BTT needs automation permission for Arc, maybe that is missing in System Settings => Privacy & Security => Automation
