I want to set up an autoscroll of pdf and webpages

Hi,

I want to customize BTT such that I want to be able to move my mouse pointer to the bottom of the screen while viewing Pdfs (PDFexpert, Devonthink etc) or webpages (safari) so that it will trigger a slow scroll up of the pages till the mouse pointer is at the same place. Reversing the same when mouse pointer is at the top of the screen.

Any good ideas on this are welcome.
