How to snap windows with keyboard shortcuts only

On my linux machine i have nice setup where i can do almost everything i need with keyboard alone.

One of the actions i really need is window snapping... i like that this tool allows to snap not only left right half but 1/4th as well... how can i associate shortcuts with these actions?
